Merry Christmas everyone!
We’re in St. Lucia, South Africa (its a beach town on the west coast of SA) for Christmas, we found a nice cheap hostel here and are just enjoying the break.
Its getting quite hot here but its cooler by the ocean. Its surreal to have a warm Christmas but as I was thinking about it the other day it bring me back to the thoughts of what Christmas should be about. Christ. We are celebrating his birth and the glory that it brought to this earth. Not the snow (well sometimes that happens in TX), cold, or gift giving. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy that as much as anyone else but sometimes its nice to have that little reminder that Christmas is about him. Christ was and is love.
I have another blog written and will post it soon, but the others are out getting food for our celebration tonight and tomorrow and have my flash drive where it is saved with them. Love you all!
